Getting the most out of the announcement, the reality TV star confirmed the news with a paid partnership with Clearblue pregnancy tests, which she posted on Instagram this morning.
"I listen to my heart, and I've decided that the rest of my life will be the best of my life. I'm pregnant! I didn't know when, I just knew one day," she exclaimed. "God said it's my turn, and I couldn't be more grateful for the little spirit that grows inside of me. I am yours, baby, and you are mine. Thank you, @Clearblue for being a CLEAR and intricate part of the most important test result of my life. 2020 baby!"

Haqq made no mention of the child's father. She was last linked to O.T. Genasis -- but, according to PEOPLE, she "prefers not to disclose the father's identity at this time."
After she broke the news, Khloe congratulated her by sharing the announcement to her Stories and jumping into Malika's comments. "Congratulations Mika May!!!!! I am so beyond overwhelmed with love and happiness," she commented. "God is GREAT!!!! We are all so blessed!!!! I love you and baby madly."
Haqq's twin sister, Khadijah, wrote, "Our family is growing!! Congratulations Mika." Family friend Stephanie Shepherd also commented, "OMG I have been waiting for this day!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! YOURE GOING TO BE AN AMAZING MAMA."
According to an interview with PEOPLE, Haqq knows the baby's sex, but won't be revealing it just yet. "Learning the baby's sex was a big deal for me and now I feel like I have time," she explained. "I have time to think about nursery ideas, to think about a name. I'm just really enjoying now, getting to a point where I can celebrate being pregnant and [it] not being a secret."
