Billionaire's Wife Sued After Claiming She Can Use N-Word, Name Drops Alicia Keys

The wife of a hedge fund manager, who claimed she can use the n-word, is being sued for discrimination.

Lisa Falcone, who is married to billionaire Philip Falcone, is facing a lawsuit from former personal chef Brian Villanueva, who claims she used racist language in front of him.

Villanueva claims he brought his girlfriend, who is black, to help him cook for a dinner party hosted by the Falcones in The Hamptons, which was also attended by Alicia Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz, Page Six reported.

The following morning, the chef claimed Lisa expressed her surprise at how articulate his girlfriend was.

"Your girlfriend speaks very well. She seems educated. I would describe her as a chocolate-covered marshmallow," she allegedly said.

"Do you use the word 'n----r' at home with your girlfriend?"

The suit claims that when Falcone noticed the shocked and offended look on his face, she declared "I'm Puerto Rican and grew up in Spanish Harlem so I can speak like that."

She then went on to explain that neither Alicia nor her husband were as well spoken.

"I meant she speaks really eloquently. Alicia doesn't speak that way. She didn't have an education and was just discovered by Clive Davis when she was fifteen years old. Swizz definitely doesn't speak that way either," she allegedly told him.

Villanueva claims he later told Falcone he was quitting over her racist remarks; but rather than accept his resignation she insisted he "talk to my black friends" — "they will tell you that I am not racist."

Villanueva is also suing for unpaid wages, claiming he is owed $4,230.76.

He claimed that Philip said he would only pay him if he and his girlfriend signed an NDA and agreed not to reveal anything his wife said — which they declined to do.

The Falcones were not available for comment when contacted by various media outlets.
