Anna Nicole Smith: The model and reality star died in her room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida on February 8, 2007. Legal battles over who supplied her with drugs and her daughter's paternity raged on in the years following. She was buried next to her son Daniel at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.

Howard K. Stern: Stern was initially listed on Dannielynn's birth certificate, but Birkhead was later named her father. He was later charged with conspiring to provide Anna with the drugs that killed her, along with Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich. He convicted on two felony charges in 2010, but the charges were dismissed (for a second time!) in 2015.

Larry Birkhead: Anna's boyfriend was named Dannielynn's father after DNA testing shot down claims from Howard K. Stern and three other men. He then had Dannielynn's named changed from Stern to Birkhead. He appeared on "Wife Swap" and "Millionaire Matchmaker" and later moved with his daughter to Kentucky, where he's raised her largely out of the limelight. With the exception of a few TV appearances, the two step out every year at the Kentucky Derby.

Danielynn Birkhead: Dannielynn moved in with her father Larry Birkhead after DNA proved he was her father. When she was six, she modeled for Guess Kids. She currently lives in Kentucky where her dad says she's just "a regular kid" who likes watching YouTube videos.
