In her book, Only Say Good Things: Surviving Playboy and Finding Myself, Crystal Hefner explained why she's speaking out now after only sharing the "good pieces" of her experience previously. According to her, she promised to Hef on his death bed that she would "only say good things" about him. She added that she never spoke out before because she also "didn't want to see myself as a victim" and didn't want to upset his family. Keep reading for some of the wildest revelations in her book.
Crystal said she had group sex involving Hef and the Shannon Twins the first night they met, at a Halloween party at the mansion. "He grabbed a bottle of baby oil off the nightstand and oiled himself up. Then he looked up at the four of us and waited," she wrote, saying he doesn't use condoms and called the sex "odd and robotic."
According to Crystal, there were a lot of rules in the mansion. She had to be home by 6pm on the dot -- saying, "if I wasn't, it was a problem. He would be upset." Comparing it to a "hotel I'd checked into, but could never leave," she said she wasn't allowed to change a thing in the home once she moved in. She also had to have white-blond hair -- with no roots -- pink nail polish, no dark lips, a curfew and mandatory attendance at all events, movie nights and pool days. Condoms also weren't used for sex, with Crystal claiming Hef adhered to the pull out method.
After she moved in, Crystal said she put on a few pounds thanks to the availability of good food inside the mansion. She claimed that one day while she and the Shannon Twins were undressing for Hef, he pointed out her weight gain, saying, "Looks like somebody needs to tone up." Added Crystal, "There were expectations and I needed to meet them."
