Devon Sawa (Alex Browning) later starred on Nikita and the Chucky TV series, appeared on Hacks and starred in the films Hunter Hunter, Black Friday, and Heart Eyes. He has two children with wife Dawni Sahanovitch.

Ali Larter (Clear Rivers) reprised her role in the sequel and went on to star in Legally Blonde, Heroes, and the Resident Evil"movies. She currently stars on Landman. Larter married Haynes MacArthur in 2009 and the couple has two children

Seann William Scott (Billy Hitchcock) went on to star in Dude, Where's My Car? as well as the follow ups to 1999's American Pie. He voices Crash in the Ice Age films, and starred on Lethal Weapon and Welcome to Flatch. He currently appears on Shifting Gears.

Kerr Smith (Carter Horton) continued to star on Dawson's Creek and appeared in many series such as Riverdale, The Fosters, Charmed and Life Unexpected. While he appears in Final Destination 5 in reused footage from the first film, he had no idea he was in it until told by TooFab.

Tony Todd (Bludworth) went on to appear in The Young and the Restless, The Flash, Chuck and 24. He reprised his Candyman role in the 2021 sequel and will appear in the upcoming Final Destination: Bloodlines, one of his final projects before his November 2024 death at the age of 69 from cancer.
