Dylan Sprouse wore a yellow endometriosis awareness pin in support of his wife, Barbara Palvin. He told E! News, "I brought this endometriosis awareness pin because Barbara just went through endosurgery. She was so strong to go through that herself." He shared that he hoped her story continued to spread information about the condition, explaining that "Once she posted about it, turns out a ton of people reached out to her, a ton of women who had experienced the same things. Some people were even reaching out and saying, 'I didn't realize I had those symptoms until I got diagnosed [after] seeing you post about it.' He ended with, "So, I'm hoping that if this is even a small measure of something we can do, then I hope it helps."
