Kimberly Bryant left "Real Housewives of Orange County" after Season 1. She moved her family out of the OC when her son was diagnosed with a benign but pre-cancerous mole. She made brief appearances during Season 3 and 4 and moved to the Chicago suburb of Lake Bluff, Illinois.
Jo De La Rosa was an RHOC original as Slade Smiley’s girlfriend. She left after Season 2 in 2007 after the couple ended their engagement. She moved to L.A., released an album and was on ‘Date My Ex: Jo and Slade,’ where she dated men who shared a home with her ex. She's now a marketing and ad sales exec got engaged to Mark Lovette in 2015. She’s been quiet on social media since 2016.
RHOC original Jeana Keough was on the show through Season 5. After her exit, she returned as a “friend” Season 10. She's still lives in OC, selling real estate. Shane recently got engaged to Miss Nevada Brittany McGowan, Kara got married and welcomed a daughter in 2016 and Colton played baseball in the minor leagues and is getting into real estate. In 2017, Jeana got a facelift and still works in real estate.
Lauri Waring Peterson was an RHOC original. She later found love with George Peterson, who had 4 kids of his own. She left in 2008 amid her son Josh’s drug and legal problems. Josh later married his GF Hannah and made Lauri a grandmother with the birth of his daughter, Kennedy, in late 2012. She later adopted his daughter, before he was arrested for attempted murder in 2016. She testified in court on his behalf in 2018. The case is ongoing.
Tammy Knickerbocker appeared on Season 2 and 3 of RHOC. She continued to offer mortgage and real-estate services after her exit. She also launched a charity called Housewives4Housewives, which helps women and mothers develop business skills. According to her Instagram page, she now hosts a lot of Botox parties.
Quinn Fry appeared on Season 3 of "Real Housewives of Orange County." After leaving the show in 2008, she moved to Northern California to be closer to her daughter Shannon and 4 grandchildren. It appears she’s working on real estate in Willow Creek, CA.
Gretchen Rossi joined "Real Housewives of Orange County" in Season 4, before leaving in Season 8. She started dating Slade Smiley after his split from Jo De La Rosa and proposed to him in 2013. Although they still haven't tied the knot, they've now been together for almost 10 years and are going through IVF now to have a child. They appeared on "Marriage Boot Camp” and returned as a guest capacity on “RHOC” for Season 12.
Lynne Curtin appeared on "RHOC" as a regular cast member for seasons 4 and 5. The housewife struggled with financial and marital issue during the show, including facing eviction from her house. The 58-year-old still has her accessory line, divorced husband Frank and is a grandma following the birth of daughter Raquel's baby boy Carter.
Peggy Tanous was a regular cast member but managed to stir up some drama when it was revealed that she dated fellow housewife Alexis Bellino's husband Jim. Following the show the mom-of-two released a fitness DVD, appeared on Animal Planet's "My Cat From Hell.”
Alexis Bellino, dubbed "Jesus Jugs" by Tamra Barney, was let go from "RHOC" after being "bullied" by the other women during Season 8. The mom-of-three and husband Jim Bellino split in 2018 after 13 years of marriage. They own a franchise of Sky Zone Trampoline Parks.
Lydia appeared on "RHOC" during Season 8, after being brought on as Alexis Bellino's friend. After deciding to leave the show, Lydia welcomed her third child in November 2014, wrote her book "Beyond Orange County,” before returning to the show for Season 12. She quit for a second time before Season 13.

Joyce Giraud appeared on Season 4 of RHOBH but was not asked back following some major beef with Brandi Glanville. She renewed her vows with husband Michael Ohoven in 2017.
Carlton Gebbia's time on the RHOBH was short lived after only appearing on season 4. Fans will remember her famously butting heads with Kyle Richards. In 2017, her housekeeper accused her of attacking her, which Gebbia denied. Her husband also filed for divorce the same year.
As one of the original cast members of RHOBH, Camille Grammer first caught our eye at the "dinner party from hell". She only starred on the show for two seasons but still makes regular appearances as a friend. Since then she was diagnosed with endometrial cancer - which she later beat - and divorced husband Kelsey Grammer. The two still have a tumultuous relationship. She's recently appeared as a "friend" on recent seasons and is engaged to David C. Meyer.
