The two developed a close friendship, and in 1993, Jackson, who was also a passionate musician, had the opportunity to open for Hasselhoff on his European tour. When the show ended, his life went downhill; he was arrested for possession of crystal meth, served 90 days in jail, and entered rehab numerous times. He had a sex tape and, in 2011, appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. He was removed from Celebrity Big Brother in 2015 and arrested on two separate stabbing incidents, leading to a 270-day jail sentence and five years of probation for one. After his character was written off the soap in 1998, Charvet signed a record deal with Universal Music Group France. Kelly Packard was a regular on Baywatch for four seasons and also starred in the teen sitcom California Dreams. Packard made guest appearances on Step by Step, Boy Meets World, and USA High. After departing Baywatch in 1999, she transitioned to a career as a TV host, appearing on shows such as Ripley's Believe It or Not! and GSN Live. Real life lifeguard Michael Newman played 'Newmie' for 150 episodes in Baywatch. After the show, he retired and eventually settled in Oahu, close to where they filmed Baywatch Hawaii. In 2006, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease after noticing unusual physical symptoms. Despite the challenges of the disease, Newman remained active, focusing on swimming to manage his condition for years and appeared in the 2024 docuseries After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun. He died at 68 "from heart complications" just two months after making a rare red carpet appearance at the doc's premiere.

After leaving Baywatch in 1998, she went on to appear in The Jamie Foxx Show and Reno 911!.
