The cast of "10 Things I Hate About You"

Heath Ledger: After "10 Things" Heath got accolades for his work in "Monster's Ball," "Brokeback Mountain" and "The Dark Knight." He had a daughter with Michelle Williams in 2005. In 2008, Heath was found dead in his apartment after an accidental overdose.

Julia Stiles: After "10 Things" Julia starred in "Save the Last Dance" and two Jason Bourne movies. She recently appeared on "Dexter," which earned her Emmy and Golden Globe nominations.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt: After "10 Things" Joseph attended Columbia University and continued working on "3rd Rock from the Sun." He starred in "(500) Days of Summer," "50/50," "The Dark Knight Rises," and most recently, "Looper."

Allison Janney: After "10 Things" Allison continued her work on "The West Wing" until 2006. She also appeared in "Lost," "Hairspray," "The Help," on "The Big C" and the short-lived Matthew Perry sitcom "Mr. Sunshine."

Larisa Oleynik: After "10 Things" Larisa did smaller budget films and appeared on TV shows like "Pepper Dennis" and "Without a Trace." She recently appeared in "Mad Men" as Ken Cosgrove's wife (right), and on "Pretty Little Liars."

David Krumholtz: After "10 Things" David appeared in all 3 "Harold & Kumar" movies, starred on "Numb3ers" and appeared on "Raising Hope," "The Newsroom" and "Partners." He got married in 2010. David also underwent iodine treatment for thyroid cancer in 2011.

Andrew Keegan: After "10 Things" Andrew continued his work on "7th Heaven" and appeared on "Related" and alongside Julia Stiles on "O." In 2011 he was tasered detained by cops after he was "uncooperative" when they told him to turn down music at a party.

Susan May Pratt: After "10 Things" Susan starred in "Center Stage" and "Open Water 2." She married actor Kenneth Mitchell in 2006 and they had a daughter in 2007. She most recently appeared on "Mad Men," "Off the Map" and "Drop Dead Diva."

Gabrielle Union: After "10 Things" Gabrielle starred in "Bring It On," "Bad Boys II" and most recently "Think Like a Man." She was married to Chris Howard from 2001-2006 and is now dating Miami Heat's Dwayne Wade.

Daryl Mitchell: After "10 Things" Daryl starred in "Galaxy Quest" and continued work on "Veronica's Closet." In 2001, he was paralyzed from the waist down after a motorcycle accident. He continued working in a wheel chair on shows like "Ed" and "Brothers."

Larry Miller: After "10 Things" Larry appeared in a number of movies including "The Princess Diaries," "A Mighty Wind" and "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang." He also starred on the TV version of "10 Things I Hate about You" on ABC Family.
