‘Yellowstone’ star Forrie J. Smith says he's skipping SAG Awards over COVID protocols saying, "I'm not vaccinated. I will not get vaccinated. I haven't been vaccinated since I was a little kid. I don't vaccinate my dogs; I don't vaccinate my horses. I've never had a flu shot — I never will. I believe they compromise your immunities."

In September 2021, model Doutzen Kroes shared on Instagram that she "will not be forced to take the shot." She then doubled down on her stance, tweeting: "I have told you my point of view. It was scary because it's not a popular opinion to have. It's even frowned upon and ridiculed. Some call it dangerous some call it brave. Whatever you call it it comes from a place of knowing that protecting my right to decide what I put into my body is sacred and needs to be protected."

Nicki Minaj revealed she wouldn't get the vaccine after being asked she announced her displeasure at the Covid shot requirement for the event, citing it as one of the reasons she would not attend. She later went viral for tweeting: "My cousin in Trinidad won't get the vaccine cuz his friend got it & became impotent. His testicles became swollen. His friend was weeks away from getting married, now the girl called off the wedding. So just pray on it & make sure you're comfortable with ur decision, not bullied"
