Leah McSweeney, in a lawsuit against Andy Cohen, Bravo, NBC Universal Media and others, claimed those involved with RHONY and Ultimate Girls Trip created a toxic work environment where her mental health and alcohol use disorder were exploited all in the "name of selling drama." She also claimed Cohen uses cocaine with Housewives and Bravo stars, rewarding those who partake with better edits. Cohen's rep called the allegations "completely false," while a number of Bravo stars have come to his defense.

Lisa Vanderpump slammed McSweeney's "bulls--t" lawsuit and came to Cohen's defense while speaking with TMZ. "Nobody gets a good edit on that show, that's for a fact," she said. "And Andy doing coke? I know because I've partied with him hundreds of times -- in my business, in my house, in New York -- I've never seen anything like that. I can categorically say, 'No, he wouldn't do that.' I know for a fact he wouldn't do that." The Real Housewife alum also spoke out during an appearance on The Talk, when co-host Natalie Morales asked where she stood with the lawsuit. "I’ve had a very close relationship with Andy over the years, Andy and I have always had a very playful relationship. I think I’ve been one of the few people that have done Watch What Happens Live on their own for many years, and had a kind of very connected relationship, and he’s playful. He’s appropriately naughty, like I am, too. I mean, that’s what Bravo is most of the time." Adding, "...he’s a gay man that we have a lot of fun with. So, am I on his side? Damn right, I’m on his side."

You have to be the person who picks up the drink." As for allegations about drugs, she said, "I've known Andy for years, and it’s not in his character, and I've never, ever seen in the years that I've been doing Housewives any drug abuse."
