Chad Lowe shared what was left of his home almost a month after evacuating. He took his daughters to the site for the first time and wrote on Instagram, "Almost a month after we evacuated our girls finally got to go back to see what’s left of their home. The way they’ve handled this whole devastating experience is nothing short of remarkable. I am in awe of their spirit and resilience. Helping them navigate these tough times is my sole purpose. Being their dad is my life’s greatest joy and privilege ⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Jonathan Rhys Meyers from The Tudors shared his family lost their home. He posted the devastating news on Instagram, writing, "Unfortunately like many others we lost our house in the LA fires … but what made it a Home is still going strong. You are amazing [son] Wolf ! So strong and so kind. I feel blessed beyond measure."

Camilla Belle posted she lost her home to the Palisades fire. Sharing the devestation and old memories, the actress wrote, "we lost our home of 20 years that brought refuge, security, and peace to not only myself, but members of my family and numerous friends. The costumes my Mom collected throughout my career since my first job, my Godfathers artwork and handmade furniture, my first tap shoes, my first ballet shoes, the plumeria tree, the papaya tree, the olive tree, the handmade Guadalupe…all gone. [...] As heartbreaking as all of this is, I am encouraged by the resilience of my community"

Tyra Banks shared on the Australian talk show Sunrise that she lost her home in the Palisades fire. She explained, "I haven’t really talked about it, but, yeah, I have. I just didn’t want to pull a lot of attention to me. I feel like there’s a lot of people that need that attention, so I haven’t really talked about it, but I can’t sit here and not tell the truth that, yeah, we lost our house.” Because she splits her time between Los Angeles, New York and Australia with her partner, Louis Bélanger-Martin, she didn't lose many valuables, especially since she was not in L.A. when it occured.

Eric Kripke, creator of The Boys TV series, shared he lost his home, writing: "My family and pets are safe, thank God, but everything else is burnt to the ground ... I didn't take the things that had sentimental value. A photo of my Dad. The cardboard robots my kids made in elementary school. The journals I kept since I was 18 ... . These are the priceless things that can't be replaced. The advice I'm telling everyone is to make a list of your valuable objects: not cash value, but sentimental value. And take as many with you as you can. After people and pets, those are the things that matter."

Schitt's Creek's Sarah Levy lost her home to the Palisades fire, after her dad Eugene Levy's home also reportedly burnt down. "Oh, my sweet home. My heart so deeply aches. What I would give to hear the key slide in the front door one more time or the baby gate click behind me as I bring the laundry upstairs ... How blessed we were to raise our son in such an idyllic, magical place away from the hustle and bustle of LA ... I know we’ll be back and the Palisades will be more vibrant and lush and full of life than ever. We’ll wait until then. ❤️"

Mandy Moore shared her Altadena home was "still standing ... for now," but not livable. She wrote, "We lost Taylor and Griffin’s studio with every instrument and piece of equipment they’ve ever owned. We lost our garage and back house. Everyone we know lost everything. Every house on our street is gone. [...] Feeling weird survivors guilt." Her brother-in-law later revealed Mandy's family has been staying with Hilary Duff and Matthew Koma since the fire -- adding, they have "taken care of my entire family from the moment this began. This is the kindest act any human could do for another."

Joshua Jackson lost his home to the Palisades wildfire. The house was also his childhood home, which he purchased in 2001. The only part of the house that remains unharmed is the backyard pool. The actor shared in a statement, "First and most importantly, all the people closest to me affected by the fire are OK. My daughter, my family, my neighbors all made it out safely. Sadly my beautiful home did not survive the fires. But today, I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by the people I love.”
