Kendra Wilkinson shared on Instagram that she started weight loss shots, but threw them away after only taking one. She then joked that she would do "mental Ozempic." The former Playboy Bunny followed up with another Instagram story to answer why she stopped the shots so suddenly, explaining that she's happy with "a little weight gain" and that she's "heard too many horror stories."

Meghan Trainor and her husband, Daryl Sabara, have revealed they are taking the weight loss drug, Mounjaro, together. Trainor confessed on the Workin On It podcast that they chose the prescription after extensive research and deciding to go on the lowest dose. They also exercise and eat balanced meals to work with the medication: "We were like, ‘We have to make sure we don't lose muscle, that we worked so hard gaining all those years.' And we stay in the gym, we work out, we eat right. And we just noticed that we were less hungry [...] I have no shame being on it and talking about it.”

Robbie Williams turned to an appetite-suppressant drug to lose weight, saying, "I'd stopped eating and I wasn't getting nutrients" -- including Vitamin C, leading to a scurvy diagnosis. "A 17th century pirate disease," he told Daily Mirror, adding that his weight loss decision came after his first depressive episode in a decade, something he suspected was died to his diet. "When people say: 'We're worried you're too thin' that goes into my head as 'jackpot. I've reached the promised land,'" he said of his mindset at the time.

Meghan Trainor revealed she's used the weight loss drug Mounjaro after people commented on her body following Billboard's Women in Music. On Instagram, she wrote, "No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me. I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great."

Nikki Glaser got candid on The Tonight Show about Ozempic. As a user of the diabetes drug herself, she posted her transformation on Instagram and explained, "Oh, I love it, I love. I’m like, do it, do it." In response to Ozempic critics, Glaser exclaimed, "I feel like there’s this shame. And the shame is only from thin people who want you to stay fat. [...] It’s suddenly all these thin white women who are like, ‘Diabetics need their meds.’ No, I think you’re upset that Kathy Bates has a thigh gap. She’s coming for you."

Amy Schumer says that 3 years after "puking" from trying Wegovy, she's now trying Mounjaro, as well as estrogen and progesterone for her perimenopause symptoms, and she says her experience has been "great." Schumer added, "It’s not covered by insurance unless you have diabetes or like severe obesity, which most of the internet thinks I have. But I’m having a really good experience with it and I wanted to keep it real with you about that."

Hacks' Meg Stalter called out those who "lie" about using Ozempic, saying, "We know if you’re on it because you’re s—ing your pants." She added, "How is that hotter than being fat? That is insane to me. I would rather be 500 lbs. than s—ing all day. That’s so gross ... if you’re taking a drug on purpose just so you lose 10 pounds then, honey, we liked you a little chubbier."

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 9 runner-up Peppermint told Page Six she has lost 100 pounds, after years of struggling to manage her weight, admitting she first got on Ozempic after she was "diagnosed as pre-diabetic a couple of years ago." She added, "I’m very grateful that I’m at a point now where I have access to levels of healthcare that I didn’t have before ... I was really worried that my life was going to change irreversibly once I crossed that threshold [into diabetes]."

Amy Schumer shared on The Howard Stern show that when she tried Ozempic almost three years ago, it caused her to be "bedridden" with nausea. She explained her bad reaction was due to the GDF15 gene, that causes her to be more prone to vomiting. "I lost 30 pounds so quick. I looked great and I couldn't lift my head off the pillow, so what's the point?" she shared, adding, "I tried it and I was vomiting and I'm in bed and my son's like, 'Can you play tag?' I'm like, 'I can't.' I was shriveling."

Josh Gad is using GLP-1 medication for weight loss, calling it a "miracle drug" after losing 40-lbs on a different drug that caused intestinal issues. "I'm figuring out this new one, and it is life-changing," he said on Armchair Expert, adding that he knows he still needs a "healthy relationship" with both food and exercise. "Sometimes I feel like I'm cheating myself by doing this," he added, saying the weight loss made him wonder, "I've always been the funny fat guy. Can I be the funny skinny guy?"

Real Housewives star Cynthia Bailley shared about her negative experience with Ozempic. In an interview, she explained she tried Ozempic because her peers were using it but ended up stopping, explaining it took the fun out of eating: "I didn't enjoy it because when I get my crab cake and my salad and my oysters and my BBQ ribs, I want to enjoy it. I was just literally looking at the food like, 'What is this? What am I supposed to do with this?'" She doesn't extend any hate to people who use Ozempic, but she prefers the support system and more traditional methods of Weight Watchers.

Model Brooks Nader shared that she briefly tried Ozempic during its early popularity, but ended up giving up the weight-loss drug for Dancing With the Stars. In a recent interview with Us Magazine, she said, "It made me really nauseous. I liked it — I am not going to lie — and when I went on Dancing with the Stars, I could not do both." Nader added the drug made her lose "a little bit of the motivation and the strength to work out" and "It was one or the other, and I picked [DWTS]. I put the shot away."

Bonnie Chapman, daughter of the late Beth Chapman and Dog the Bounty Hunter, went from 196 pounds to 126 pounds. However, she used the weight loss drug Tirezepatide after having a negative experience with Ozempic. Of the latter, she said, "I could not eat without feeling nauseous. I could not eat at all, sometimes. My body did not like it." However, with Tirezepatide, she said she was able to overcome nausea within a week, eat smaller portions and feel full, while not actively craving foods that could contribute to weight gain.
