After a Scrubs revival was revealed to be in the works in December 2024, 14 years after going off the air, Zach Braff is now reportedly on board to reprise his role as J.D. Previously, it was reported the reboot was hoping to secure Braff, Sarah Chalke, Donald Faison and John C. McGinley.

Paramount+ and Showtime have renewed Yellowjackets for a fourth season. The survivalist show has become a hit as the story follows a team of high school soccer players after their plane crashes in a remote area surrounded by only wilderness. The season three finale left fans on the edge of their seat as the audience said goodbye to beloved characters and learned more about the past and present timelines that intersects throughout the episodes.

Women in Blue, also known as Las Azules, has been renewed for a second season by Apple TV. Based on a true story, the Spanish series follows the first female police force in Mexico. The women are stunned when they learn their squad is a publicity stunt meant to draw the public away from an uncaptured serial killer. The women battle between the lines of social norms and finding clues towards the truth. Season two is already in production.

Trivial Pursuit has been renewed for a second season on The CW. Originally a 1990s game show based off of the board game, the series was revived last year. LeVar Burton will return as host.

The CW has renewed Scrabble for a second season. Based off the board game, the series has contestants compete to fill out a crossword puzzle. Season one's host, Raven-Symone, will return as executive producer, and Craig Ferguson will become the new face of the show.

The Steve Wilkos Show has been renewed for a 19th season in syndication by NBC. Hosted by Wilkos, a former cop and marine, the show addresses topics such as relationship and family problems, social causes, true crime and more in a no non-sense way.

A reboot of 7th Heaven is in the works at CBS. None of the original characters will reprise their roles, but Jessica Biel, who starred as Mary, will serve as the executive producer. The reboot will focus on a new, diverse family and the relationships within it. Neither a name nor network is attached to the show yet.

For its 56th season, Sesame Street will be moving to Netflix. The kids show will still be available on PBS, and new episodes will keep the same lovable characters, but add some new features. For example, viewers can play along as Cookie Monster opens his own Cookie Cart and Abby explores her fairy garden. There will also be one 11-minute story, so those watching can have a deeper connection with the character on screen. Fan favorites like Elmo's World and Cookie Monster's Foodie Truck will return.

The Bondsman has been cancelled after one season by Amazon. The drama follows Hub Halloran, a bounty hunter who was murdered and brought back to life by the Devil. Back on earth, he traps and sends back demons who escaped Hell while learning about his sins that also trapped him there.

Hondo must navigate generational divides and clashing personalities all while completing the dangerous task at hand.

Hosted by Julie Chen Moonves, the reality show airs three times a week and follows a group of strangers from different backgrounds, and they live in a house together with 94 HD cameras and 113 microphones. Therefore, they are monitored 24/7, and each week they eliminate someone from the house. The last housemate wins $750,000.

Netflix has renewed Bridgerton for a fifth and sixth season. The show announced the news on social media in the form of a letter from the show's gossip, Lady Whistledown. It read "Dearest Gentle Reader, Rarely is this author granted the opportunity to share with you such information. It is with great pleasure I can announce Bridgerton shall return for Season 5 and 6. Do celebrate accordingly. And in the meantime, do prepare yourselves, for Bridgerton Season 4 shall debut in 2026. It would seem this author is going to be quite busy."

The fourth season will pick up after season three where Kate Wyler's husband, Hal, may have been involved in the killing of the president. The fourth season will also further delve into Kate's wish to become Vice President, while accusing the current VP of being involved with terrorists and becoming closer with the first gentleman.

The young adult romance follows Justin Edwards and Keisha Clark, two childhood friends who reunite at a party and fall in love despite their differing busy schedules. The show follows a friend group of three couples who are going on a vacation together, but the dynamic changes when the character Nick announces that he wants to leave his wife, Anne. The rest of the couples are now splitting their time between the two, while also addressing problems of their own. Based on the 1981 film, the show is described as "a love letter to long marriages and old friendships."

Million Dollar Secret has been renewed for a second season. Hosted by Peter Serafinowicz, the game show brings in 12 contestants. One holds one million dollars, and the others must track them down. If they get eliminated, the money moves to someone else, and the money holder can also choose to give the money to another player if the pressure becomes too much. It's a series of mind games, alliances, and predator vs. prey.

Survival of the Thickest has been renewed for its third and final season on Netflix. The series is based on Michelle Buteau's essay collection, and she stars on the show as the main character Mavis, who shares her story about dating while being Black and plus-size. Mavis is not only looking to grow her love life, but also her professional one as a stylist. The show is filled with lessons of self-love, chosen family and overcoming challenges. This last season was directed entirely by women of color.

Jackie's life is already chaotic adjusting to the new environment, and it becomes even more complicated when she finds herself in a love triangle with two of the brothers.

This new version of Star Search will air live twice a week on the streaming platform and include contestants in music, dance, variety/comedy and kids categories. Meanwhile, the contestant's loved ones sit in a safe headquarters just a couple miles away with a live feed and must solely determine if their family member continues on or if they should be 'extracted.' The contestant who is able to survive the season without being extracted wins, $250,000.
