Taking the stage together on Dancing with the Stars' Dedication Night, husband and wife duo Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert returned to the dance floor for an emotional routine set to Benson Boone's "Beautiful Things (Acoustic)." The performance was the first time Erbert has danced on the show since her emergency craniectomy and cranioplasty in December 2023 -- saying after the performance, "So I'm really proud of myself, I'm proud of my body and how I came through this." Hough, meanwhile, called his wife a "beautiful miracle" -- adding, "The fact that we're able to dance together again is nothing short of a miracle."
