The first trailer for the new Street Fighter movie, adapted from the game of the same name, dropped during The Game Awards -- starring Noah Centineo, Andrew Koji, Vidyut Jammwal, Cody Rhodes, Orville Peck, Callina Liang, Olivier Richters, David Dastmalchian, Andrew Schulz, Rayna Vallandingham, Jason Momoa, Roman Reigns and Mel Jarnson. Per Paramount, the movie is set in 1993 and follows "estranged Street Fighters Ryu (Koji) and Ken Masters (Centineo)" who are "thrown back into combat when the mysterious Chun-Li (Liang) recruits them for the next World Warrior Tournament: a brutal clash of fists, fate, and fury." The movie doesn't hit theaters until October 16, 2026.
