Surgically-enhanced former "Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham just went under the knife again -- but this time, she had one of her modifications removed.
The 22-year-old booked a room at Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Associates in Miami on Monday and had a camera follow her as she got her chin implant taken out.
After a 40 minute procedure -- which was done while she was awake -- Farrah emerged a new woman. See the Before & After photos in the gallery above.
In the past, the mother-of-one spent almost $30,000 on a nose job, the now-removed chin implant and two breast surgeries.
Expect to hear more about Farrah's operation when she appears on CBS' "The Doctors" later this month.
