"The Talk" cohost completed her elegant ensemble with a crystal-embellished handbag, oversized earrings and tousled curls.
Meanwhile, Shailene Woodley sported the same dress at the London premiere of "Divergent" back in March.
The "Fault In Our Stars" actress paired the gorgeous gown with a Lina Noel snake bangle, a small gold necklace and her signature pixie cut.
