It's been six years since Heidi Montag had ten plastic surgery procedures in one day, but she's not done taking about it just yet!
As "The Hills" comes up on its 10-year anniversary, fans still remember the reality star's family's gut-wrenching reaction to her new look. The moment was so painful for Heidi that she refuses to watch it back.
"I don't want to watch it," Montag told ET. "I think that it was hard enough going through it at that time and I was just in way over my head. I had no idea what I was getting into."
"Everyone else in the show is in the clubs and dealing with this and that, and we were dealing with life-threatening, severe things," she added. "We were just emotionally empty and spent at that point, and we just really needed support and set up a team, and not to be cut down by everyone."
Montag admitted that the pressures of living in the spotlight led to her decision to go under the knife.
"I think that I just became so consumed by this character that I was playing that I became that girl and lost track of this small-town Colorado girl," she said. "I just love the simple life. I like nature, I like different things and I kind of became consumed in a different world."
While the 29-year-old star doesn't regret the operations she's had, she wouldn't get more work done.
"Regret's a hard word because I'm trying not to regret things in my life because that can be a dark path to go down," Heidi explained. "But I certainly wouldn't do it again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it and I have learned a lot from it and I just want to move forward in a positive way."
The MTV alum has been an open book when it comes to her nips and tucks, but she recently told toofab that there are other celebrities who have gotten just as much work, but they're afraid to admit it.
"I think that a lot of people have had as many surgeries as I have had, it's just secret," she declared. "I'm just not a liar and I don't want to be so hidden. I want to be open it and it really backlashed. Whether it's right or wrong, whether I regret it or not, it's not the issue, it's I'm not the only person in the world who has done this."
