Katherine Heigl has confirmed "Grey's Anatomy's" worst kept secret -- she's officially off the show.
In a new EW cover story, Heigl says her exit agreement is finalized and she left the role of Izzie Stevens to focus on her family.
Heigl adds, "It's sad but it's what I wanted ... I know I'm disappointing the fans ... I just had to make a choice."
Her final episode has already aired.
