If Jasmine Villegas' face is familiar, it's because she's been in one of the most popular music videos of all time -- Justin Bieber's "Baby."
The 17-year-old played Bieber's love interest in the video (which has been viewed over 600 million times on YouTube), and is a talented pop star in her own right, even performing on Bieber's "My World" tour.

"'Just A Friend' is an inspirational song to teach girls to value themselves and if they're with a guy who doesn't want to claim them in public, then they need to realize he's not the one for them and keep it pushing," Villegas tells TooFab.
