Hollywood is no stranger to plastic surgery -- and this week, a couple stars are making headlines for going under the knife or denying they ever had to.
In one corner, there's Kate Gosselin, who came out swinging against reports she recently had work done -- tweeting "With all of the buzz about me having had a facelift, I will confirm that I have not had one!"
On the other hand, "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexis Bellino revealed today that she had a nose job back in October.
