Katie Holmes shows off her amazing body in some brand new images for jeweler H. Stern, where she models some pieces in little more than black underwear.
The new modeling shots are currently running in Israel, but will make their U.S. debut later this year.
This is Katie's third campaign with H. Stern. She's also the face of Ann Taylor's Spring collection.
