The 2012 Miss America Pageant goes down this weekend in Las Vegas -- but the competition is already underway!
The 53 contestants representing the 50 stated, D.C., Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands all hit the stage at the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino for the past two nights for the preliminary awards.
The women went head-to-head in Talent and Lifestyle &Fitness, where they showed off their fit bodies in bikinis.
Last night, Miss Oklahoma took home a $2,000 scholarship for winning Talent (center), while Miss Texas nabbed $1,000 for Lifestyle & Fitness (left).
There's one more round of prelims tonight before Saturday's big event, which will be judged by Kris Jenner, Teri Polo, Lara Spencer and Mark Ballas.
