The 19-year-old starlet took to her Twitter and near 5 million followers to ask, “Got ANOTHER hair cut! You likey?!”
In 2009 Miley deleted her Twitter account because she “Stopped living for moments and started living for people,” stated Cyrus in her YouTube rap.
