The former "Friday Night Lights" star was spotted out in New York City yesterday in a low cut, flowy spring dress that put major emphasis on her cleavage.
Minka, who was recently linked to Wilmer Valderrama, spoke out on her Twitter earlier this week about her dating life ... or lack thereof.
"Not my nature to address rumors, but contrary to popular belief, I'm not dating anyone. #pleasestopasking," she tweeted on Monday.
