The 19-year-old hit the red carpet outside the MGM Grand in Las Vegas wearing nothing more than a white blazer, a necklace and a smile.
Cyrus revealing a ton of cleavage in the risque number, while also flaunting her short new 'do and nose ring.
The only thing that could have made this look any hotter: Boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, who was M.I.A. at the event.
