These new pics of Miley Cyrus are giving us major deja vu!
The 19-year-old actress/singer stepped out for the second day in a row showing some serious skin -- once again flaunting her toned legs and tight tummy in a pair of short shorts and yet another crop top.
Cyrus was seen yesterday wearing the ensemble as she went to visit a friend in L.A., covering her with behind with that same red plaid shirt ... just in case.
Dressing like this is nothing new to Miley, and actually is quite common for girls in California.
