The reality star and husband Hank Baskett partied at PURE Nightclub at Caesars Palace on Friday night.
Wilkinson showed up in a tight red and blue sequined dress that put a lot of emphasis for her cleavage ... a must for any Kendra dress!
Once inside the club, we're told they danced with family and friends for the crowd, who all wished her a happy birthday when she was presented with a four-tiered cake.
