The "Real Housewives" aren't exactly "real."
A lot of them have admitted to going under the knife for breast implants and nose jobs or altering their looks with the help of Botox injections, fillers and, in Kim Zolciak's case, a large collection of wigs.
We were able to find photos of "Housewives" from New York, Beverly Hills, Atlanta, New Jersey and Orange Country from before they were famous -- and can compare what they looked like then with what they look like now ... post-op.
