Kyle posted a photo of herself over the weekend while getting an electric facial. In the photo, an unrecognizable Richards is seen with gauze and a mask on her face ... with wires attached.
According to Carina's Skin Care -- the place Kyle got the treatment -- the procedure gives you "tighter and beautiful skin."
