Heidi Montag profited off of her full-body plastic surgery makeover -- but now she wishes she handled the entire overhaul differently ... and quietly.
The former star of "The Hills" and hubby Spencer Pratt are currently contestants on the UK version of "Celebrity Big Brother," where Heidi opened up about some of her regrets.
"I kinda wish I never talked about it and wish I didn't make it so public," a bikini-clad Montag told costar Rylan Clark during a hot tub chat.
"I didn't realize I would be a surgery girl for the rest of my life," she adds. "I just thought everybody did it and I didn't want to be a liar. It's really kind of backfired."
Heidi famously had a 10-procedure makeover (in one day!) back in 2010 -- going under the knife for a nose job, liposuction, breast and butt augmentation and a chin reduction.
