Kelly Osbourne may be on "Fashion Police" but she made a serious fashion faux pas on the red carpet!
On Monday, Osbourne stopped by E!'s Upfront event, where she was looking a little blue orange. The 28-year-old wore a navy long-seleved dress with white ruffles, and her hair in a pinned-back pompadour.
This isn't the first time Kelly's had a makeup malfunction on the red carpet, last January she sported a thick yellow foundation and bubblegum pink lipstick at the Art of Elysium event ... it was not a good look.
We love Kelly, but girl needs to get a new makeup artist ... like yesterday.
