Maxim may have given Miley Cyrus the #1 spot on the Hot 100 list -- but at last night's party for the issue, she looked a hot mess.
While the singer kept it cute and simple in a white and black jumpsuit and stripped gold and black heels, it was her makeup that caught our attention.
Though her hair and top half of her face were on point, she was sporting a Joker-esque chin and mouth -- which was covered in white powder.
HD Makeup is likely the culprit here, as it often photographs white, but the irony of Cyrus looking less-than-hot at a Hot 100 party isn't lost on us.
The bash, held at Create Nightclub, was packed with other Hollywood hotties -- including Kellie Pickler, "Boy Meets World" star Danielle Fishel, Kendra Wilkinson, Pia Toscano -- and guys like Brad Pitt doppelganger Chord Overstreet and "Jerry Maguire" kid Jonathan Lipnicki.
