From the waist up, Paz Vega's dress looks okay.
But from the waist down, it's borderline vulgar. The sheer panel on her Stephane Rolland gown gives the appearance that she's exposing her crotch. Either that or she stepped on her gown and didn't realize it.
Paz wasn't the only one wearing this style, as you'll see. We're not sure why it's on trend, because it looks like a wardrobe malfunction.
Speaking of wardrobe malfunctions, French actress Emmanuelle Seigner nearly had one! The 46-year-old still has a great decolletage, but it was on the verge of busting out. Considering every photo we saw of Emmanuelle was of her looking down, she seemed to be constantly checking for nip slips.
Heidi Klum is gorgeous, but even she couldn't work what looked like a "Project Runway" reject.
