Katy looked like she was working at the Renaissance Faire in her velvet dress and armored belt. Gaga was bewitching -- literally -- in black. All she needed was a broom! Plus, we were over her "Art Pop" face paint before it even began.
Vanessa Hudgens is a cute girl, but the 24-year-old was styled like someone twice her age. If she took the hem up on her dress and changed out the shoes, this look could've worked.
