Julie Chen just revealed a plastic surgery bombshell on "The Talk."
The 43-year-old says she went under the knife before hitting it big -- because she was told she had to look less "Chinese" to be taken seriously in news.
After hearing the same thing from both her boss and agent and talking it over with her parents, Julie decided to have her eyes done.
She even showed a Before & After photo, which highlighted the results of the procedure. Watch the clip above to see the shots and hear her explanation.
"I have to live with every decision that I've made," Julie added. "And it got me to where we are today. And I'm not going to look back."
