The "Fashion Police" star hit the black carpet at The Black Diamond Affair Presented By Azature last night at Sunset Tower in Los Angeles -- where all eyes were on her ample cleavage.
The 28-year-old slipped into an extremely low-cut black dress for the event, which she attended with fiance Matthew Mosshart (right).

And while she looked pretty good on the carpet, Osbourne was actually nursing a sprained jaw after an accident with her dog!
On Tuesday, she tweeted:
