Miley Cyrus just got a new tattoo ... and this one has a face!
The singer and tattoo artist Kat Von D just debuted Miley's latest piece of ink on their respective Instagram profiles.
"Grandmas rule," Kat posted about the body art, with Cyrus adding "because I am her favorite & she is mine."
Wonder how her other siblings feel about that.
We've lost count of how many tattoos Miley has, but she's already inked up her ear, fingers, ankle, forearms, ribcage and even the bottom of her feet. See them all in the gallery above!
