Brooke Shields is 49 and fabulous!
Wearing a bandeau bikini top and matching green bottoms, the veteran actress flaunted her fit bikini bod on the beach in Mexico last week.
So, how does she manage to look like this?
"When I sweat the small stuff, then I don't look my best and I really think surrounding yourself with good people is key," she recently said in an interview with Extra. "And enjoying your life — don't be so hard on yourself!"
"Exercise helps me beat stress, I go for a run and deplete myself physically, so that I'm too tired to be tense," she also told Fitness magazine.
"Having a beer also helps me decompress - though it's hard for me to say that, because I come from an alcoholic family. Or I go out with a girlfriend for dinner and a glass of wine," she admitted.
The mother-of-two also tries not to be too hard on herself when it comes to eating. "Carbs are the first thing to go if I want to lose weight," she told the mag. "I never used to eat red meat, but now, if I crave it... I also love ice cream. I try not to deny myself, because if I do, it turns into this major internal battle."
Whatever Brooke is doing ... it's working!
