The "Mean Girls" star posted a new photo via Instagram on Thursday. In the pic, the 28-year-old poses with her legs open ... while only wearing a sweatshirt and heels.
It definitely looks like Lohan has been hitting the gym -- her legs look super toned!

The actress was hospitalized in January with a rare incurable virus, chikungunya, after visiting Bora Bora over the the holidays.
But, it looks like the "Freaky Friday" star is doing much better and finally getting back to work.
