In the stunning shot, the 48-year-old beauty looks toned and tan as she relaxes in the sun wearing only a string two-piece swimsuit.
"She got flowers and I got her. Happy Valentines Day @cindycrawford," Gerber captioned the sexy pic.
Cindy's bikini-clad snap comes on the heels of a leaked photo of Crawford from a 2013 photo shoot she did with Marie Claire Mexico, which made waves on Twitter last week.
In the unretouched photo, the brunette beauty rocks a fedora and lingerie. Marie Claire likewise posted an article addressing the leaked pic on Friday.
