After welcoming daughters Olive, 2, and Frankie, 11 months, Drew Barrymore admits her post-baby body is anything but perfect.
"After making two babies, holy cow, does your body do some crazy stuff!" the 40-year-old actress tells Glamour in its April issue.
"It's hard to stay positive and love yourself," she adds, joking, "You feel like a kangaroo with a giant pouch; everything's saggy and weird."
While the mother-of-two admits the changes in her body are tough to swallow sometimes, she says remembering "how beautiful it is that you're able to make children" helps her stay grounded.
However, Drew says, there are other ways to boost her body image ... and her body.
"I exercise, read Dr. Seuss's 'Oh, the Places You'll Go!,' and spend time with my kids," she explains. "Then I start to see things that are bigger than myself."
Barrymore may be critical of her bod, but she admits her hair is her best asset. "It takes a licking and keeps on ticking," she says. "I destroy it time and time again, and it's still there, semi-happy. I love playing with it; it's like my personal plant—I keep getting to prune it."
