Lilly Ghalichi wants to be au naturel!
The former "Shahs of Sunset" star stops by E!'s "Good Work" this week, where she opens up about the countless issues she's had with her breast implants.

"I've had multiple capsular contractures," she says about her enhanced chest in the clip, before showing photos of her botched twins.
Ghalichi also reveals that she hardly had any breast tissue before her implants, and is concerned about what she'll look like after undoing her cosmetic work.
"I'm worried I'll be skin and scars," the 32-year-old adds.
