Kim Zolciak isn't afraid to bare it all!
The "Don't Be Tardy" star took to Instagram this week to show off her glowing and makeup-free complexion while snapping a car selfie.
"Such a fun morning @magnoliamedspa with @briellebiermann getting our Hydra facials! You guys know I'm obsessed with skincare! My skincare line coming soon OBVIOUSLY THE SUN IS SHINING AND THERE IS A STRANGE GLARE ON MY BOOBS FOR GOSH SAKES," she captioned the photo.
In the snap, the mom-of-six shows off her youthful look following a facial, but still manages to draw attention to her famous cleavage in a low-cut black tank top.
While the star looks gorgeous in the pic, that hasn't stopped Kim's critics from calling her out for allegedly having work done.
The star has slammed reports of a nose job and face lift multiple times, and even took to Instagram to share a side-by-side photo of herself, baby daughter Kaia and 18-year-old Brielle, who all share a similar schnoz.
Earlier this month, the star got put in the hot seat by Andy Cohen during an episode of "Watch What Happens Live" when a caller asked if she had a nose job. The 37-year-old shot down the reports, but the host still continued to press her.
"You have a little shaved off your nose and your lips are bigger," Cohen declared.
"Andy, I'm very honest with plastic surgery, obviously I've never hid anything," she explained. "We all know I do Botox and I'm a big fan of it but my lips are definitely over drawn you can see."
The former "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" star has copped up to having a tummy tuck, breast implants and a lift but refuses to admit to getting her nose or lips done.
