Kim Zolciak is not letting go of her trusty waist trainer!
The "Don't Be Tardy" star took to Instagram on Thursday to show off her teeny tiny waist, where she also shared a special message to her haters who continue to speculate what caused her mini stroke last month.
"Good morning!!!! You guys know I love my @nowaistclique waist trainer, I have heard all sorts of ppl commenting on 'what might have caused my mini stroke' let me be real clear, I am a very healthy woman who takes great care of myself, however I was born with PFO (a hole in my heart) which enabled a clot to cross over and stop oxygen to my brain for a very short time in turn causing me to have a TIA, I will be having heart surgery to repair it," she wrote.
In the photo,the mom-of-six snaps a mirror pic while wearing a tight black mini, a purple corset and lace up gladiator boots, while flaunting full hair and makeup.
"By no means did my waist trainer cause my blood clot or my TIA," she continued. "I would never use anything nor promote anything that I personally didn't love or something that was dangerous. I LOVE LIFE WAY TOO MUCH! and I have a whole lotta living to do #KeepItTight #Hourglass #CommentRudeIBlockYou #HeartAwareness #THANKYOUFORALLYOURPRAYERS."
The 37-year-old was hospitalized in September after suffering a mini stroke following her "Dancing With The Stars" performance. Although she was cleared by her doctor to dance, she was forced to withdraw from the reality competition.
