Kate Hudson is keeping it real!
The 36-year-old actress has one of the most enviable bods in Hollywood and after years of "yo-yo dieting," she's finally learned to love and accept herself the way she is.
In the latest issue of PEOPLE magazine, the "Kung Fu Panda 3" star gets candid on body acceptance and reveals the one food she can't turn down!
"It's about health and mindfulness," she says of her lifestyle. "Because you can have the greatest body and you can be really unhappy if that's all you're working toward."
Hudson delves into this topic and much more in her new lifestyle book, "Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body," which she says is all about how to become "healthy, strong and beautiful from the inside out." While the star embodies that mission statement inside and out, Kate still has her guilty pleasures.
"Pizza. Like Hawaiian pizza," she reveals. "I'm always the person that orders the pizza that everybody goes, 'Why did you order that?'"

"I think we've put so much focus on the results that everybody is forgetting to enjoy the process," she continues. "And really the only way you can get there in a way that is meaningful is if you enjoy it. And everybody has a different way of finding out what that is."
The actress admits that she can relate to people who struggle with their weight, adding that her weight has fluctuated her whole life. She penned her book in hopes of starting an honest dialogue about how difficult a lifestyle change can be.
"I fluctuate at least five pounds every month," she tells the mag. "I really want to reach people that are asking, 'How do I get there?' A lot of people are quite discouraged by the process of getting healthy because one, they think they can't afford it, and two, it's daunting. I wanted to start a dialogue. Because you won't be able to even get there until you actually accept yourself and start connecting with yourself."
