Cheryl Tiegs isn't backing down from her controversial digs at Ashley Graham's weight -- but she is adding some clarification to them!
Tiegs, model and legendary habitué of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, bristled at the mag's recent issue, which featured Graham as its first plus-size cover girl.
"I don't like that we're talking about full-figured women," Tiegs told E!, in a post published Thursday, "because it's glamorizing them because your waist should be smaller than 35 [inches]. That's what Dr. Oz said, and I'm sticking to it."
"No, I don't think it's healthy," Tiegs doubled down. "Her face is beautiful. Beautiful. But I don't think it's healthy in the long run."
Tiegs then took to Twitter Thursday evening, about nine hours after the original post went up, to indicate that she was against all types of unhealthy bodies, not just large ones.
"To clarify re bodyweight," Tiegs tweeted. "Being anorexic/bulimic/overweight all connected to health problems. I want all to be as healthy as they can."
She then retweeted another Twitter user, Andrew Christiansen, who replied to her tweet by saying, "Spot on! Same here being overweight is hell on the body."
Graham's issue of SI was one of three versions published. The others featured model Hailey Clauson and martial artist Ronda Rousey.
Graham hasn't yet responded publicly to Tiegs' comments - but Hailey Clauson did tweet on Thursday afternoon, "I'm so proud to be along side @RondaRousey and @theashleygraham because we all represent strong healthy women!"
