Even though she didn't go home a winner tonight, Lady Gaga has something to be happy about: her fiance, Taylor Kinney .
The pop star put on a stunning performance at the 2016 Oscars on Sunday in Los Angeles, where she performed "Til It Happens To You," a song she co-wrote with Diane Warren for the Oscar-nominated documentary "The Hunting Ground."
The doc follows the story of college campus survivors of rape and sexual abuse from all across the country.
Just before Gaga took the stage, she shared a photo of her kissing fiance Taylor Kinney via Instagram.
"I never thought anyone would ever love me because I felt like my body was ruined by my abuser," the 29-year-old posted with the picture. "But he loves the survivor in me. He's stood by me all night proud and unashamedly. THATS a real man."
The heartfelt ballad has become the anthem for survivors of sexual abuse, something Gaga has been through herself in the past.
The "Applause" singer also dedicated the song to Kesha, who's been in the midst of a legal battle with music producer Dr. Luke.
"@kesharose I'll be thinking of u 2nite," she tweeted Sunday afternoon. "This is not over we'll stand by u until you are free to live a HAPPY life. Everyone deserves that."
Gaga's performance didn't leave a dry eye in the audience.
