Kim Kardashian's bounce back game is strong!
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star gained 60 pounds while she was pregnant with son Saint, but she's managed to drop all the extra weight just five months after giving birth.
The mother-of-two shared her progress with her fans on Snapchat, displaying her current weight of 135.8 pounds.
"Yaaaassssss!!! #Atkins," she captioned the shot of her feet on the scale.
Kardashian's Atkins nutritionist, Colette Heimowitz, recently told toofab that Mrs. Kanye West slipped back to pre-baby shape with the help of a low-carb Atkins plan.
"She succeeded with Atkins with her first pregnancy and she remembered from doing it in college with her dad [Robert Kardashian], so family was there and it was familiar to her and she succeeded," she explained. "She was able to reach her weight loss goals and keep her energy up, preserve lean tissue, you know, have her appetite under control."
"She's great to work with because she is committed and very motivated which is a pleasure," the health expert continued. "As a nutritionist, you're only as good as you patient is compliant. So working with her has been a real pleasure."
Heimowitz also told us that Kim cut out sugar to trim down, which was difficult for the star, who has a big sweet tooth.
"Well we're all sugar babies, we love sweet things, and those are usually high in sugar and high in carbohydrates," Colette declared. "The success on Atkins is getting carbohydrates low enough so that the body burns fat as its primary fuel source. So you burn the fat you have stored and you burn the fat you are eating."
"So right now Kim is eating a wide variety of foods that include proteins like fish, chicken, eggs or different kinds of meat, colorful vegetables that are high in fiber, low glycemic fruits that are high in fiber, healthy fats like nuts and avocado," she added. "The combination of high fiber, optimal protein and healthy fats really control the appetite."
All that dieting has really paid off -- looking good, Kim!
